400gm Chicken + Ghee/butter + Chicken Instant Masala + 100gm Fresh Curd+50ml Fresh Cream
Masala Mumma Butter Chiken Ready to Cook Instant Masala 50gm
- Mix 50gm Soya Nuggets ready to cook instant masala in 4tbls fresh curd (Do not add salt) Soak 200gm Soya Nuggets/granules in 1lt warm water for 20min.Thoroughly wash them again with fresh water. Squeeze them well to drain out all water. Chop them in small pieces if they are big in size.
- Heat Ghee/butter of your liked quantity in deep frying pan & add curd masala mixture & Soya nuggets/granules. Sauté it further for 4-5min on medium flame. Add 300ml water. After first boil, cook it for another 10-15min on slow flame without lid.
- Add little more hot water if required and cook it for 2min more add 50ml fresh cream (Optional).Garnish with fresh chopped coriander while serving.
