250gm Whole black Urad, 10gm Chana Dal, 20gm Rajma+ Ghee/butter + Masala Mumma Dal Makhni Ready to Cook Instant Masala 50gm+ 50gm Fresh Cream
- Pressure cook well soaked 250gms whole black Urad Dal, 20gm Rajma, 10gm Chana Dal together in 800ml water till they are tender. (Do not add salt.)
- Mix 50gm Dal Makhni ready to cook instant Masala & add Ghee/butter as per your liking. After first boil cook for 10-15min on medium flame without lid.
- Add little more hot water if required. Boil for another 2min. While serving garnish with fresh cream (optional) & chopped coriander.

Made paneer makhni 😊It was very very good 💯/💯. I have also tried their other masalas like Rajma, Choley etc. They all came out so well with their Simple 3 step cooking process. Cooking has become super easy for a working person like me.
