400gm Chicken + Ghee/butter + Masala Mumma Butter Chicken Ready to Cook Instant Masala 50gm + Fresh Curd 100gm+ Fresh Cream50ml
- Mix 50gm Chicken ready to cook instant masala in 100gm fresh curd (Do not add salt) Marinate 400gm chicken with this mixture for min 1 hour in a covered bowl.
- Heat butter of your liked quantity deep frying pan &add marinated chicken & all its juices. Saute it on medium flame for 5-6min. Add 200ml water. After first boil cook it for another 10-15min without lid on slow flame or until chicken becomes tender.
- Add 50 ml fresh cream. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander.

Made paneer makhni 😊It was very very good 💯/💯. I have also tried their other masalas like Rajma, Choley etc. They all came out so well with their Simple 3 step cooking process. Cooking has become super easy for a working person like me.
