400gm Basmati Rice + 400gm Mix Vegetables/Jack Fruit/Non Veg + Ghee/Oil + Masala Mumma Biryani Ready to Cook Instant Masala 50gm 

  • Soak 400gm Basmati rice for 40min after washing. chop 400gm mix vegetables like cauliflower, French beans, carrot, peas/Jackfruit/non veg. Drain rice.
  • Heat Ghee/Oil, as per your liked quantity in deep pan. add all chopped vegetables/jackfruit/nonveg. Sauté them on high flame for 2-3 min. Add rice & mix 50gm of Biryani ready to cook instant masala (Do not add salt) & sauté it over a medium flame for 2-3 min. Add 900ml water. After first boil, cover it with lid cook it for another 10-12min or until rice become soft. 
  • Serve hot with fresh curd.
