250gm Fresh Cottage Cheese(Paneer) + Ghee/butter Fresh Curd 100gm + Fresh Cream 50ml + Masala Mumma Shahi Paneer Ready to Cook Instant Masala 50gm
- Mix 50gm Paneer ready to cook instant masala in 100gm fresh curd (Do not add salt) Marinate 250gm Cottage Cheese (Paneer) with this mixture for min 20min in a covered bowl.
- Heat Ghee/Butter of your liked quantity in deep frying pan. Add marinated Paneer & all its juices. Carefully saute it on medium flame for 5-6min. Add little water. After first boil & cook it for another 10-15min on slow flame without lid. Add 50ml fresh cream.
- Garnish with chopped coriander while serving.

Made paneer makhni 😊It was very very good 💯/💯. I have also tried their other masalas like Rajma, Choley etc. They all came out so well with their Simple 3 step cooking process. Cooking has become super easy for a working person like me.
