300gm Fresh Curd + Ghee/Oil + + Masala Mumma Kadhi Tadka Ready to Cook Instant Masala 50gm
- Take 300gms of fresh curd, Mix well with kadhi ready to mix spice. Add 750ml water. Put this batter in open pan. After first boil, cook it for 15-20 minutes on medium flame.
- Heat 1-2 table spoon ghee in a pan and add tadka ingredients of Small packet to ghee. Now add ready tadka to kadhi & cover it for 2 min.
- While serving garnish with fresh chopped coriander .

Made paneer makhni 😊It was very very good 💯/💯. I have also tried their other masalas like Rajma, Choley etc. They all came out so well with their Simple 3 step cooking process. Cooking has become super easy for a working person like me.
