Tried this product during lock down. What a life saver ! In absence of any maids ,it made my life so much easier. All one needs to do is to mix these instant spices and cook them with whatever you wish to make . Very simple steps to be followed to make complex dishes such as sambhar. Cooking became a pleasure as any thing I made with these spices came out of restaurant quality . Also ,these spices came in very handy for my son who is studying in Germany and misses Indian food . With minimal cooking skills ,even he is able to dish out good Indian dishes .
