Shipping Policy
All orders within India are shipped within 1 working day. Delivery to metro cities takes 1-3 working days, non-metro locations take 3-5 working day after the date of dispatch. You will receive tracking number for your package after you product is shipped out. All couriers are dispatched from New Delhi, India. There will be no Courier service on Sundays, National Holidays and Regional holidays of Delhi State, India.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations on orders will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first. We will not be able to cancel your order once it’s shipped. Orders placed using Coupon/Discount Codes are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.
Refunds against Cancellations :
We will refund your full invoiced paid amount at the same mode from where you have made payment.
Typically refunds are processed in about 10-15 working days through our Payment Gateway partners.

Returns
Food Products are non-returnable .We do not accept any returns. In case of any damage the same must
be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. Preferred mode of reporting is through the
WhatsApp link or email address ([email protected]) provided on the website.
The company will not issue a refund to anyone who refuses a delivery, or in any way attempts to return a
shipment.
Please check all addresses and PIN codes carefully. Damage to the product or non-delivery due to
incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee. The customer will be responsible for the
charges of a new order.
Refunds are done as a special case after there is enough evidence of any fault from our side. Refund of
money will happen the way payment was made. If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net Banking,
we will refund the money to your Credit Card or Net-Banking account. Typically refunds are processed in
about 10-15 working days through our Payment Gateway partners. You will be eligible for refund of the
amount that you have paid for that item in your invoice only.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have
received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your
credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
As a special case only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be
refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item,

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit
for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves
to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping on returned products

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are
non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
